What is postural alignment therapy?

Many types of chronic pain and injuries are caused by the slow deterioration of your posture and the only way to get complete, long-lasting pain relief is by correcting your postural imbalances through exercise therapy. Surgery, injections, braces, exercises, and stretches designed to target your symptoms are only going to offer, at best, short term relief because they are doing nothing about correcting the cause of your pain – your postural alignment.

When looking at your posture and testing your muscle strength, I am able to help you learn what exercises you should do to help improve your alignment, which helps you hold your adjustments longer. I hold a certificate from Egoscue University and I have been a student of Yoga for over 20 years. These exercises will evolve as your posture changes.
